The DMAP project team website provides examples of how the DMAP design protocols can be implemented by using advanced new media applications such as open source software, plug-ins and streaming multimedia. Previous research by the DMAP team identified four protocols for addressing aspects of ePortfolio design that were limited by existing technologies. Since then several new approaches have evolved which help provide innovative solutions to answering theses problems, this web site is not only a contact point for the DMAP project team but also acts as a community portal which allows our project participants and team members to access, create and modify their DMAP ePortfolio . The DMAP system uses a simple to use sign up process to get you started in creating your new ePortfolio.
